A realistic AI influencer prompt describes a phone photo, not a painting: who's in it, where, where the light comes from, what camera took it and which flaw proves the photo actually happened. The face isn't held in place by the text. It's held by a reference image attached to every generation.

The prompts below are templates to copy and adapt, not tests we ran one by one. They apply the technique this blog has already shown with real generations in the realistic photo guide and the AI Image 6 test.

How do you build a realistic AI influencer prompt?

Write the prompt like the spec sheet of a photo that really happened: camera angle, lens, lighting and fine detail are what steer the model toward photorealism.

PartWhat to writeExample
Fixed subjectWho she is, with one trait that repeats26-year-old woman, mole under her right eye
SceneWhere she is and what she's doing, with real-life messsmall kitchen, dishes in the sink, slicing a tomato
LightSource, direction and time of daywindow on the left, late afternoon
CameraDevice, lens and anglefront camera, slightly above eye level
ImperfectionThe flaw AI won't add on its ownpores, shiny forehead, stray hair, sharp background

The imperfection is the part people leave out most. AI drifts toward smooth skin and a flawless face, and that's exactly what gives it away. Asking for pores, oily skin and stray hairs is how Lia lost her AI look in the faceless influencer tutorial:

Plastic base made by the wizard: smooth face, studio light, gray background, it looks like AIBefore
The same persona as a window selfie: visible pores, natural light, bedroom in the background, indistinguishable from a real photoAfter
The same Lia from the faceless influencer tutorial: on the left, the smooth reference image; on the right, pores, window light and phone-style framing.

How do you vary light, lens and angle without losing realism?

Change one variable at a time. Each one shifts the photo in a predictable way:

VariableOptionWhat changes in the photo
LightSide windowShadow on one side only, a face with volume
LightLate afternoonWarm, low light, backlight in the hair
LightOverhead fluorescentShort shadow under the brow
LightPhone flashShiny skin, hard shadow behind
LensFront cameraSlight distortion, arm in the frame
LensRear camera at 1xNatural perspective, a photo taken by someone else
Lens2x or 85mmUndistorted face, softer background
AngleAbove eye levelThe classic selfie
AngleWaist heightFull body with real proportions
AngleLow angle, shooting upLonger legs, sky in the background

What base prompt keeps the same face?

Describe the character once and use that description to generate the anchor portrait. Fill in every bracket: the realistic photo guide warns that if you paste the example as is, the model copies the example's features, not your character's.

Prompt
Front-facing portrait of [NAME], a [AGE]-year-old [NATIONALITY] [woman or man], [TONE] skin with a [GOLDEN, PINK OR OLIVE] undertone, [SHAPE] face, [COLOR] eyes, natural eyebrows, [DISTINCTIVE TRAIT, e.g. a mole under the right eye], light freckles on the left cheek only, [COLOR AND CUT] hair with flyaways, natural teeth, not perfectly aligned. Plain white T-shirt, light-colored wall. Side window light, phone at eye level. Skin with pores and a slight shine on the forehead, no retouching.

Generate 4 to 8 versions and pick the one that looks most like a real person: that becomes your reference. The base block only comes back when a generator doesn't accept an attached image. The other ways to lock the face (character reference, a trained LoRA, face swap) and a checklist to confirm it matches are in how to keep the same face with AI.

Which prompts work for everyday life: mirror, café, kitchen and office?

These are the photos that prove she exists outside the pretty shot.

How do you get a mirror selfie that doesn't look like AI?

A spotless mirror and a catalog-perfect bedroom give it away. Ask for fingerprint smudges, an unmade bed and a window blown out to white behind her, which is what a phone does when it shoots into the light.

Window light.

Prompt
Mirror selfie in the bedroom, phone at chest height. Window light from the left, morning. Unmade bed, fingerprint smudges on the mirror. Visible pores, flyaways, sharp background, frame slightly crooked.

Backlight.

Prompt
Full-body mirror selfie with her back to the window, which blows out to white and leaves her face a little dark. Oversized T-shirt, cotton shorts, bare feet, unretouched skin.

Overhead light.

Prompt
Bathroom mirror selfie under harsh, yellowish ceiling light. Skincare bottles on the counter, crooked towel. Hair tied up haphazardly, shine on the forehead and nose, water spots on the mirror.

Flash.

Prompt
Elevator mirror selfie with the flash on, flash reflection in the glass and a hard shadow behind. Going-out outfit, bag on her shoulder, half smile, indoor grain.

What prompt works for a café photo?

AI's bad habit is the perfect cup and the creamy background. A phone keeps the whole room in focus.

By the window, shot by a friend.

Prompt
Her at a coffee shop, table by the window, cup in both hands. Late-afternoon light from the side. Shot by a friend across the table. Crumbs on the table, the room sharp behind her.

Overhead.

Prompt
Overhead shot of the table: cappuccino with uneven foam, phone, open notebook and her hand reaching into the frame, unpolished nails. Diffused daylight, crumpled napkin.

Mixed light.

Prompt
Her at the counter waiting for her order, looking at her phone, not noticing the camera. Warm counter lamp and cool light from the street. Shot at chest height, slight noise, people behind her.

What prompt works for a kitchen photo?

An empty counter gives it away, and so does wrong physics: that's why the realistic photo guide swapped "steam" for "heat" on a burger.

Overhead.

Prompt
Her slicing a tomato on the counter of a small kitchen. Side window light, morning. Dishes in the sink, dish towel hanging, knife held the right way. Phone on a shelf, overhead angle.

Profile.

Prompt
Her stirring a pot on the stove, in profile, laughing at something out of frame. Yellow light from the range hood and cool window light behind her. Light steam, splattered tiles, stained apron.

Front camera.

Prompt
Her holding a plate of pasta up to the front camera, arm stretched out, slight wide-angle distortion. Sauce dripping over the rim, messy kitchen in sharp focus behind her, no makeup.

What prompt works for an office or home office photo?

Text is AI's weak spot: screens and paper turn into scrambled letters. Don't ask for anything legible.

Screen light.

Prompt
Her working on a laptop at a home office desk, seen from the side. Cool screen light on her face, warm lamp behind her. Mug and headphones on the desk, no legible text on the screen. Shot from the doorway, slight noise.

Fluorescent.

Prompt
Her in a glass-walled meeting room, explaining something with her hands. Overhead fluorescent light, short shadow under the brow. Camera at eye level, a coworker cut off at the edge, shirt wrinkled at the elbow.

Front camera from below.

Prompt
Selfie of her in the office hallway holding a coffee, ID badge flipped backward. Front camera below the chin, window light at the end of the hallway. Faint dark circles, flyaways, tired smile.

Which prompts work at the gym, at the beach and on a trip?

Variety for the feed without changing the character.

What prompt works for a gym photo?

Ugly light is realism: fluorescent tubes make short shadows, and the phone's reflection in the mirror anchors the photo.

Fluorescent mirror.

Prompt
Gym mirror selfie, phone at chest height, sports bra and leggings. Overhead fluorescent light, short shadow under the eyebrows. Sweat along the hairline, flushed face, people working out behind her.

Shot by a friend.

Prompt
Her sitting on a bench between sets, looking at her phone. Shot by a friend about six feet away, at waist height. Water bottle on the floor, towel on her shoulder, machines sharp behind her.

Backlight, 2x.

Prompt
Her catching her breath after a run in the park, hands on her knees. Low morning sun behind her, backlight in her hair. Rear camera at 2x, shooting up from a low angle. Red face, sneakers caked with dirt.

Camera on the floor.

Prompt
Her in a pilates studio, sitting on the mat adjusting a resistance band. Large window, diffused light, scratched wooden floor. Camera on the floor, low angle, workout clothes with pilling.

What prompt works for a beach photo?

Beach shots fall apart easily: crooked horizon, smooth sand, skin with no tan lines. Describe the activity and the setting, not the body, and the profile stays far from sensual content.

Backlight.

Prompt
Her sitting on a beach sarong, straw hat and an open linen shirt over her one-piece swimsuit, looking at the ocean. Late-afternoon sun behind her. Level horizon, sand stuck to her leg, wind in her hair.

Midday.

Prompt
Beach selfie at noon, strong overhead sun, hard shadow under the nose. Sunglasses pushed up on her head, sunscreen not fully rubbed in on her cheek, striped beach umbrella behind her, sky a little blown out.

Awning shade.

Prompt
Her at a beach kiosk, laughing with a coconut in her hand, talking to someone out of frame. Shade from the awning, sun blowing out everything outside. Shot by a friend at 1x, plastic table, damp hair.

Movement.

Prompt
Her walking along the boardwalk in a beach cover-up, flip-flops in her hand, half turned toward the camera. Golden light, long shadow on the ground. Slight motion blur on her foot, buildings and palm trees sharp behind her.

What prompt works for a travel photo?

An empty, perfect landmark gives it away. Ask for people walking by, luggage and a tired face.

Mixed light.

Prompt
Her at the boarding gate, carry-on next to her, watching the plane through the window. Cool airport light and sun from the tarmac. People walking past in a blur, faint dark circles, hoodie, headphones around her neck.

Morning sun.

Prompt
Her on a cobblestone street in a historic town, colorful old houses, folded map in her hand. Morning sun on the facades, the shadow of her cap on her face. Camera at 1x, tourists behind her, uneven paving stones.

Overcast, from behind.

Prompt
Her in pajamas at the hotel window, back to the camera, looking out at the city. Overcast sky, sheer curtain moving. Unmade bed, open suitcase on the floor, shot from the doorway, colors a little washed out.

Which prompts work for unboxing, reviews and GRWM?

These are the photos that sell, and where hands, labels and makeup fail most often.

What prompt works for an unboxing?

Count the five fingers on each hand and make sure the box didn't pick up made-up lettering. For a real brand, attach the packaging as a second reference.

Overhead.

Prompt
Overhead shot of her hands opening a cardboard box, torn tape, tissue paper spilling out. Side window light. Short nails, box cutter on the table, the angle of a phone clipped into a stand.

Front camera.

Prompt
Her holding the product, fresh out of the box, at face height, with a surprised look. Front camera, round ring light reflection in her eyes. Open box on her lap, bubble wrap on the couch.

Label close-up.

Prompt
Close-up of her hand holding the product toward the camera, label facing forward and legible, matching the attached packaging. Window light from the front, living room sharp behind, a fingerprint on the packaging.

What prompt works for a product review?

A review looks like a conversation, not an ad. A product that gleams like a 3D render gives it away.

In use.

Prompt
Her applying serum in front of the bathroom mirror, dropper in hand. Light through a frosted window, bottle with a legible label on the counter. Pores, a small pimple on her chin, headband in her hair.

Tripod.

Prompt
Her on the couch talking to the camera, product held near her chest, pointing at a detail. Phone on a tripod at eye level, 1x lens. Side window light, squashed cushion, a plant behind her.

Comparison selfie.

Prompt
Her comparing two similar products, one in each hand, looking unsure. Front-camera selfie, white kitchen light from above. Sharp background, packaging without any render shine.

What prompt works for a GRWM?

A GRWM (get ready with me) is a beauty routine shown step by step. The classic mistake is skin that already looks made up before the makeup goes on.

Bare skin.

Prompt
Her at a tabletop mirror, freshly washed face, headband in her hair, starting to apply foundation with a sponge. Window light from the front, pores, reddish nose, dark circles. Camera propped on the table, brushes scattered around.

Ring light.

Prompt
Her doing her eyeliner, concentrating, phone propped on a stack of books. Ring light in front, round reflection in her eyes. Makeup half done: one eye finished and the other bare.

Hallway mirror.

Prompt
Her ready to go out, checking her outfit in the hallway mirror. Yellowish ceiling bulb. A photo she takes of herself in the mirror, keys and bag in hand, one shoe still untied.

Which prompts work at night, in close-up and full body?

This is where the phone struggles and proportions show.

What prompt works for a night photo?

Noise, harsh flash and neon on the skin are convincing. A clean, overly sharp night gives it away.

Flash.

Prompt
Flash photo at a dinner with friends, half-finished glasses and plates on the table. Direct flash, shiny skin, hard shadow on the wall. Crooked shot, a friend cut off at the edge of the frame.

Neon, night mode.

Prompt
Her on the sidewalk at night outside a bar, pink and blue neon on her face. Night mode, visible noise, slight blur in the background. Denim jacket, frizzy hair, a puddle reflecting the light.

Stage light.

Prompt
Her at a concert, seen from behind, the stage lit up far ahead. Colored light rimming her hair, dark crowd all around. Heavy noise, raised phones in the frame, nothing perfectly sharp.

What prompt works for a face close-up?

In a close-up, the skin has nowhere to hide. The AI Image 6 test shows that mirrored freckles are a render signature: ask for the flaw on one side only.

Window, 2x.

Prompt
Front-facing close-up of her face, window light from the left, soft shadow on the right. Pores on the nose, freckles on the left cheek only, a strand of hair across the forehead. Camera at 2x, focus on the eyes, natural teeth.

Profile backlight.

Prompt
Close-up in profile, looking out a bus window, golden light coming through the glass. Peach fuzz visible in the backlight, faint reflection on the glass. Shot by the friend in the next seat.

Front camera from above.

Prompt
Close-up selfie, front camera above eye level, nose a little bigger from the distortion. White bathroom light, dark circles, visible cuticle on the hand holding the phone. Just-woke-up face.

85mm.

Prompt
Face portrait taken by a photographer friend, 85mm lens, brick wall behind her. Overcast day, no hard shadows. Pores, fine expression lines, looking off camera, no magazine-style retouching.

What prompt works for a full-body photo?

This is where AI gets proportions wrong: big head, short legs, cropped feet. Ask for the feet in the frame.

Waist height.

Prompt
Full-body shot of her standing on a sidewalk, feet in the frame, camera at waist height, shot by a friend. Jeans, T-shirt, sneakers, crossbody bag. Overcast sky, sharp buildings, head the right size for the body.

Fitting room mirror.

Prompt
Her in a store fitting room, full body in the mirror, phone in hand. White ceiling light, curtain half open, hangers on the hook. Midi dress, sandals, a price tag peeking out of the sleeve.

Low angle.

Prompt
Her walking toward the camera in the park, full body shot from a low angle, phone close to the ground. Sun from the side, shadows from the trees. Blazer, T-shirt, tailored trousers, caught mid-stride.

50mm, plain wall.

Prompt
Full-body shot of her facing forward against a plain light-gray wall, arms relaxed. Soft light from a large window, faint shadow on the floor. Camera at chest height, 50mm lens, real folds in the fabric, feet in the frame.

Which negative prompts should you use?

First, say what you want. This is called a semantic negative prompt: instead of "no cars", describe "an empty street". That's why the prompts above ask for a "sharp background", not just "no blur".

Then close with a block against the usual giveaways. Avatrix has no negative field: the negation goes at the end of the text, like in the prompt that generated Lia.

Prompt
No waxy skin, no retouching, no smoothing, no perfect symmetry, no studio lighting, no artificial background blur, no ad-campaign pose, no made-up text, no watermark.

In Midjourney, the negative is the --no parameter, and each word is read on its own: according to the documentation, --no modern clothing becomes "no modern" and "no clothing", which can trigger moderation (Midjourney documentation, checked October 29, 2026). Use single words, and describe the clothes you do want in the prompt itself:

Prompt
--no airbrush, watermark, text, logo

If the generator has a dedicated negative prompt field, paste the list there without the "no".

How do you use the prompts with a reference image?

The reference keeps the face. Text alone won't hold the same person from one photo to the next.

  1. Generate the anchor portrait with the base prompt and pick the most believable one.
  2. Rescue plastic-looking skin with Avatrix's Skin Enhancer, which adds pores and texture. On a photo that already came out raw, it barely changes anything, according to the Lia tutorial.
  3. Always attach the same image. The Prompt tab in Create Influencer and the Create Image tool each accept up to 4 references. One already works; what holds the face is repeating the same one.
  4. Open the prompt with the identity line and write only the scene after it:
Prompt
Use the attached image as the exact identity: same face, same skin, same hair and same proportions. Do not modify the identity.
  1. Don't describe the face again. A face written into the prompt fights the one in the reference.
  2. Re-attach it every 5 to 8 generations in a long sequence, as the realistic photo guide recommends: the face drifts a little at a time.

In Midjourney, the version 7 equivalent is Omni Reference, with an --ow weight from 1 to 1,000 (default 100). The documentation recommends staying below 400 and using the Edit Model in versions 8.x (Omni Reference, checked October 29, 2026).

Which generators do these prompts work in?

Any generator that accepts free text. What changes is where the negative goes and how you attach the face:

GeneratorWhere the negative goesHow to keep the faceSource
Avatrix (Reference, AI Image 6, Creative, AI Image 9 and others)Inside the text, no separate fieldUp to 4 references, or the character picked in AI ChatAvatrix blog guides
MidjourneyThe --no parameter, one word per itemOmni Reference in V7; Edit Model in V8.xMidjourney documentation

The Lia tutorial and the first-feed guide ran with prompts in Portuguese, so English isn't a requirement. If you translate these prompts into your own language, keep terms like 85mm and f/1.8 as they are.

What mistakes give away that the influencer is AI?

Find the symptom and swap only the part that causes it:

Symptom in the photoLikely causeWhat to change
Waxy skin, render shine"8k", "cinematic", "ultra-realistic"Drop the adjectives; describe the camera and the imperfection
Flat light, studio lookLight with no sourceSay where it comes from: window, streetlight, flash

And post with the AI label: TikTok requires it on realistic content made with AI, and the Lia tutorial lists each platform's rule, with sources.

What does the workflow look like in Avatrix?

  1. The face, in Create Influencer. Avi chats with you, suggests a name and a way of speaking, and generates the face: 10 credits in the test from the first-feed guide, in September 2026. If you already have your own photo, the "I already have the photo" option, under Characters, doesn't use any credits.
  2. The photos, in AI Chat. Pick the character with the Choose character chip and paste the scene. The agent rewrites your request and shows the price on the button before generating: 3 credits per photo at 9:16 and 1K, in the same test.
  3. Or the Prompt tab, with the reference attached and the identity line, as in the Lia tutorial.
  4. Plastic-looking skin goes to Skin Enhancer: 18 credits, per the pricing table.
  5. Video goes to UGC Video or Motion Transfer, with a neutral pose, empty hands and a clean background in the input photo.

The full persona, with face, voice and content calendar, is summed up on the AI Influencer page.

Where should you start today?

Build the base prompt, generate the anchor portrait and run three scenes: mirror, daily routine and product. If the face holds across all three, the character is ready for the feed.

Frequently asked questions

There's no magic phrase. What works is a five-part structure: a fixed subject, the scene, light with a source, the camera and one imperfection, like pores, a shiny forehead or a stray hair. Skip 8k, cinematic and ultra-realistic: those words pull in the waxy skin that gives AI away.
